Asset Management (or Tipweb) is the system we use to log Chromebook damages and transfers from one location to another. The guide above shows you how to navigate and use multiple tools within the platform. 

Below is a how-to for transferring damaged Chromebooks to Central Office.

If you need to issue a refund for a fee that has been paid in Titan, you will need to fill out the following "Purchase Requisition Form" for finance and send it to Ben Lewis at Central Office. Instructions for how to modify it for our needs are in the picture on the right below.

You can put in a student's name on this embedded form and see their payment history (historical payments we have record of PRIOR to this school year). If there is a question about whether they are enrolled in the Protection Plan, this should help.
