How to create a "Help Desk" ticket: 

Login using the username and password for your school email account (the username does not include the @dcstn.org.

Click on "New Ticket" from the left side menu.

Choose "Technology" for your Group.

Click "Instructional Technology" and decide which option works best for what you need.
